Replaces Docker LABEL keys with OCI Image Spec annotation keys:

• org.opencontainers.image.version (was org.label-schema.version)
• org.opencontainers.image.revision (was org.label-schema.commit)
• org.opencontainers.image.created (was org.label-schema.build-date)

Also updates AGENTS.md reference text.
