• Add repo pull-requests to view and update pull-request merge settings.
• Support allowed merge styles, default merge style, and default branch deletion after merge.
• Add strict flag validation and README/help documentation.

Why

Expose pull-request unit settings through the CLI, matching the existing repo features workflow.

Checks

• shellcheck -s bash forgejo
• bash -n forgejo
• Live acceptance against a disposable Forgejo repository
