Summary

Player dock stacks title/download/close into a .player-top row with the <audio> element full-width below.
Removes the old single-row flex (which squeezed the native controls to mute-only) and the now-redundant narrow-viewport overrides.

Why

The flex row left the audio element too narrow, so browsers collapsed its native controls and the volume slider never appeared. Full-width audio gives the slider room to render.
