Summary

build.yaml now also triggers on schedule: cron '0 3 * * 0' (Sundays 03:00 UTC) plus workflow_dispatch for manual runs.
docker build gains --pull so scheduled rebuilds fetch fresh base images (alpine:edge, golang, uv) instead of reusing cached layers.

Why

Dockerfile installs yt-dlp[default,curl-cffi]>=2026, so any fresh image build floats to the newest yt-dlp release. A weekly rebuild keeps the :latest image current without app-code changes.
