Summary

Two docs commits:

AGENTS.md

Replaced stale "No repo tooling" section (claimed no CI) with a CI (Forgejo Actions) section covering release.yaml (v* tag → release + multi-arch image, incl. prerelease-suffix behavior), build-next.yaml (next image on main), and test.yaml (PR tests)
Added a rule: new work goes on a feature branch + PR, never direct to main

README.md

Install section was broken: go install github.com/w33ble/lagom/cmd/lagom@latest — the GitHub repo 404s (code lives on git.w33ble.com). Removed the nonfunctional install path; clone URL now points at the real forge
Go requirement 1.23+ → 1.26+ (matches go.mod's go 1.26.5)
Cron example lagom update --all → lagom update (update has no --all flag)
Security example image w33ble/lagom → git.w33ble.com/w33ble/lagom

Note

go.mod module path is still github.com/w33ble/lagom while the remote is git.w33ble.com — cosmetic for builds, but go install from the forge won't work until the module path matches a vanity-served domain. Flagged for a future rename.
